New Year's Eve Appetizers
For every person that needs a quick, easy, and elegant start to their New Year's Eve celebrations, this one is for you!
Ingredients:
1 oz. American Sturgeon Caviar
1oz. Wild Salmon Caviar
1 Package Blinis
Oysters, shucked
8 oz. Crème Fraîche
Dill
Some Assembly Required:
1. Fill a bowl or plate with ice to house your oysters and caviar
2. Top each oyster with a small amount of caviar
3. Lay out your blinis
4. Top with crème fraîche
5. Then top half with the sturgeon and the other half with the wild salmon caviar
6. Serve immediately
This all takes about 15 minutes, and Voila! You're done!
