Cedar Plank Baked Salmon
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs Salmon
2 Lemons, 1 juiced and 1 thinly sliced
Kosher Salt
Fresh Cracked Pepper
Italian Parsley, Chopped
Flakey Sea Salt
Instructions:
Soak your cedar plank for an hour. Preheat your oven to 425°F and place your cedar plank in the center of a medium baking dish. Pat your salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. Pour 3/4 of the lemon juice over salmon and rub it in. Add three thin slices of to the top of the salmon and bake for 15-20 minutes until done. Remove from the oven and pour the remaining quarter of lemon juice over the salmon and sprinkle fresh parsley over the top. Serve with Fresh cracked pepper, lemon slices, and flakey sea salt.
