Breakfast Board with Eggs, Prosciutto & Avocado
Ingredients:
1 Avocado
Crushed Red Pepper
4 Large Eggs
3 oz. Sliced Prosciutto
Instructions:
- Heat avocado oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat
- Working in batches, fry prosciutto until lightly browned and crisp, about 2 minutes per side
- Transfer to a paper towel covered plate once cooke
- Smash your avocado and sprinkle with crushed red pepper
- Fry your eggs
- Enjoy!
