It's usually healthy, generally paleo-ish, sometimes Whole30. I will never be able to live without good cheese!

Halibut In Parchment with Broccolini & Tomatoes

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. Halibut
1 Bunch Broccolini
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
Salt & Black Pepper
Teeny Tiny Spice's Seaside Spice
Olive Oil
Lemon Slices

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F
  2. Cut a large piece of parchment paper
  3. Place fish in the center, season with a pinch of salt and the seaside spice
  4. Toss boccolini in a little olive oil and season with salt & pepper and place around fish
  5. Wrap up parchment around fish, making sure it's tight, and tie closed with kitchen twine
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes, or until fish is cooked through
  7. Serve with lemon slices and enjoy!
