Halibut In Parchment with Broccolini & Tomatoes
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. Halibut
1 Bunch Broccolini
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
Salt & Black Pepper
Teeny Tiny Spice's Seaside Spice
Olive Oil
Lemon Slices
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375° F
- Cut a large piece of parchment paper
- Place fish in the center, season with a pinch of salt and the seaside spice
- Toss boccolini in a little olive oil and season with salt & pepper and place around fish
- Wrap up parchment around fish, making sure it's tight, and tie closed with kitchen twine
- Bake for about 12 minutes, or until fish is cooked through
- Serve with lemon slices and enjoy!
